7 day trial, no real charge

The trial period lasts 7 days. To start, your card is verified with a small authorization that is immediately reversed, so no money leaves your account during the trial period. The first real charge comes only when the trial is over. If aiSTAFF is not suitable, you stop and pay nothing. The trial gives you full access to test the bot's own channels as the entire platform works One AI Brain, Five Channels.

Your card is never stored by aiSTAFF

Card processing is handled by a dedicated payment processor, not aiSTAFF. Your card details never enter our systems, removing a whole class of risk for you. aiSTAFF keeps the part it should: your plan, your rights and usage. The processor stores the part it should: the money. This split is intentional, and it's the same care that conversation data is kept for your bot and not sold.

What does the plan cover

Failing to pay will grant you grace, not restriction

The card expires, the bank refuses, life happens. aiSTAFF does not terminate your service the moment the recharge fails. The account comes in for a short grace period of about three days, the service is still running and the payment is retried, so a temporary delay doesn't take your bot offline in front of customers. Update the card and the account will be restored. This is important because your bot is responding to real people, and sudden outages due to billing delays can cost you a lead like activity heatmap.

Cancel is clean

If you cancel, default will keep your service until the end of the period you have already paid for, rather than terminating on the spot. You get what you bought and you can go back without restoring because the brain and configuration remain. No clawback, no penalty for leaving.
