What does aiNOW actually do?
We build working AI tools for your business: chatbots that answer customers on their own, automation for routine tasks, and content for social media. Finished systems that run every day, not reports and presentations.
Is this a fit for my small business?
Yes. Most of our clients are small and medium businesses: shops, cafés, clinics, services. The smaller the team, the bigger the effect, one bot covers work you have no spare person for.
What does it cost?
It depends on the task, but for reference: a chatbot from 220 ₾/month, social media content from 500 ₾/month and a website from 2000 ₾ one-time. We confirm the exact price before work begins.
How fast can you launch?
A call this week. A simple chatbot or first content package in 5, 10 days. A website in 2, 4 weeks depending on scope. We give you the timeline up front and keep it.
Will the bot talk to customers in Georgian?
Yes, fluently in Georgian, and in Russian and English when needed. The bot understands natural language, not just pre-set buttons.
Are my data and my customers' data safe?

Do I need to understand AI or tech?

Which platforms does it work on?
Chatbots currently work on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and your website. We already prepare content for TikTok, but a TikTok API connection is not available yet and remains planned.
Will the content look AI-made?
No. AI is our tool; a human finishes the result. Every text and video is tuned to your brand voice and checked before publishing. We don't ship template generic.
What if the bot answers a customer wrong?
We train the bot on your real data and test it before launch. Hard questions it hands to a person instead of inventing an answer. After launch we watch the chats and keep training it.
Who owns the website, bot and content after payment?
You do, fully. After delivery you get every login, file and right. We don't hold your project hostage or lock you to us.
After launch, do you disappear?
No. We provide support and maintenance. You can stay on a monthly plan or take the project with full instructions and run it yourself. Your call.
Why are you better than hiring an SMM manager or freelancer?
A freelancer does one piece of the work and leaves. We build a system: bot, content and automation work together and don't depend on someone getting sick or quitting. And it costs less than an in-house hire.
What if I don't like the result?
