Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This unified policy applies to packages and one-time services purchased through ainow.ge and aiNOW products. A selected package or separate agreement may specify payment and refund details. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. General Provisions
- Payment is generally made in Georgian Lari (GEL). - Full card details are processed by the payment service and are not stored in aiNOW systems. - Refund rights depend on Client status, service type, work start, completed stage and mandatory legal rights. - External costs already incurred on the Client's instruction are assessed separately.
2. Full Refund
A full refund may be made for a duplicate or technically erroneous payment, or where the Company cannot begin the agreed service for reasons within its control. If the service is materially not delivered, the Company first attempts to remedy the issue within a reasonable time; if that is impossible, any refund is based on the unperformed part. Mandatory statutory cases continue to apply.
3. Partial Refund
After one-time work starts, completed and delivered stages are non-refundable. If the Company cannot complete the remaining work for reasons within its control and cannot remedy the problem within a reasonable time, only the value of the unperformed part may be refunded. Completed scope is assessed using the agreement, delivered materials and work performed.
4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
A monthly package can be cancelled before the next period starts. A current paid billing period is non-refundable and remains available until it ends; the next period is not charged. Exceptions are a material failure within the Company's control that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time and any mandatory statutory case.
5. Non-Refundable Amounts
Except for mandatory statutory cases, the following are non-refundable: completed and delivered work; a started monthly period; advertising, communications, domain, hosting, licence or other external costs already incurred on the Client's instruction; and work caused by Client delay, incorrect material or missing access.
6. Distance Contract and Consumer Right
A Client who qualifies as a consumer under Georgian law may have a 14-calendar-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Performance during that period begins only on the consumer's express request. Statutory conditions and exceptions apply to services already performed, fully completed services and digital content. A Client acting for business or professional purposes receives this special right only where the law provides it.
7. How to Request a Refund
Send a request to [email protected] with your name, payment date, amount, service and reason. We review it within 5 business days. An approved refund is made through the original payment channel where technically possible; posting time depends on the relevant financial service.
8. Disputes and Contact
Any dispute is settled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the legislation of Georgia, in Tbilisi. AI NOW LLC Email: [email protected] Address: Tbilisi, Georgia
