Refund Policy

AI NOW LLC ("we", "the Company") provides digital services — marketing, web development, automation, chatbots and creative services. This policy sets out when and on what terms payments made for services purchased on ainow.ge are refunded. All payments are processed through the bank's secure payment system (Bank of Georgia / TBC iPay).
1. General Provisions
- Settlement is made in the national currency of Georgia (GEL). - Payment is accepted by bank card through the bank's secure payment page; we do not store your card data. - An approved refund is returned only to the same card used for the original payment. - As our product is a digital service, refund terms depend on the stage of work completed.
2. Full Refund
A full (100%) refund is issued if: - you cancel the order before work has started; - the Company fails to deliver the service within the agreed deadline for reasons within its control; - the payment was made in error or charged twice (duplicate transaction). Third-party costs already incurred on your instruction are deducted from a full refund (see Section 5).
3. Partial Refund
If work has started but is not yet complete (e.g. a one-time project — website, video, avatar), the payment is refunded pro-rata: - stages already completed and delivered are non-refundable; - the amount for the unfinished portion is refunded; - before the refund, the parties agree in writing on the volume of work completed.
4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
Monthly marketing and chatbot packages: - a subscription can be cancelled at any time; - the current, already-paid month runs until the end of the period; - the current (used) month is non-refundable; - no charge is made for the next period.
5. Non-Refundable Amounts
The following are non-refundable: - digital products already delivered and accepted (confirmed by hand-over); - the fee for a used subscription period; - third-party costs paid on your instruction — ad budget (Meta, Google), domain, hosting, licenses, paid fonts and stock materials.
6. Distance Contract and Consumer Right
Under the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days. This right does not apply to a digital service whose performance has already begun with the consumer's prior consent — in that case Sections 3-5 apply.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at: CONTACT@aiNOW.GE Please include: - your full name; - the payment date and amount; - a description of the order or service. We review requests within 5 business days. If approved, we return the funds to the same card; it may take the bank up to 30 calendar days to post the refund.
8. Disputes and Contact
